1. Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing SBA Genius ("the Platform"), you agree to use it solely for legal sports betting arbitrage activities in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted. You acknowledge that arbitrage betting, while mathematically sound, carries execution risk and that SBA does not guarantee profits.

2. Account & Credentials

Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Subscription & Billing

Your subscription operates on a 40-day cycle. Access begins upon account activation, not upon payment. Refunds are not available once your account has been activated and you have received platform access. Cycle renewals are due before the current cycle expires.

4. VPN & Sportsbook Access

If you have purchased VPN access, you agree to use it solely for the purpose of accessing legal sportsbooks. SBA provides VPN access as a tool; you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and sportsbook terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, calculations, data feeds, and proprietary analysis within SBA Genius are the exclusive intellectual property of Sports Bet Arbitrage LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or share any platform data, screenshots, or methodology with non-members.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Sports betting involves financial risk. While arbitrage strategies aim to minimize risk, factors such as line movement, sportsbook limits, account restrictions, and execution timing can affect outcomes. SBA is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice.

7. Community Standards

As a member of the SBA Discord community, you agree to conduct yourself professionally, support fellow members, and refrain from sharing proprietary picks or strategies outside the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sports Bet Arbitrage LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from sportsbook account closures, delayed bet placement, or line changes.
